Each year, HCAW’s Annual Awards recognizes distinguished individuals for their contributions to improving in-home services and the communities we serve. These individuals make everything a littlebetterand a littlebrighterfor the vulnerable populations we serve.
Help us celebrate your employees and volunteers by submitting a nomination for the HCAW Annual Awards. We will honor these individuals during our Annual Awards Luncheon Program at the Spring Annual Conference on Monday, April 29th. Each award winner receives a complimentary registration for themselves and a guest.

- Suggested topics: improvement projects, research, tool-kit development, safety projects, infection prevention work, innovative scheduling, complimentary therapy, decreased hospitalizations, improved staff retention, best practice meta-analysis, disease-specific programs, accreditation journey, etc.
Abstract:
- Submit poster summary in Word format, 450 words maximum, excluding title and authors.
- Presenting Author must be listed as first author on the list. All abstracts are to be submitted to Carissa Linnane Executive Director, HCAW at info@hcaw.org
- Deadline for submission is March 20, 2024
Prizes:
- First-place poster will receive one free at registration at the 2025 Annual Conference.
- Second place poster will receive free registration for our Pre-Conference Workshop at the 2025 Annual Conference.

After presentations on Monday, April 29th HCAW will host an auction for our Political Action Committee. HCAW’s nonpartisan PAC is crucial to our continued advocacy efforts as we work to improve regulations on Home Health and Hospice in Washington State.
