Our founder’s story

Born out of necessity

"I was 37 when I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder. I was staggered, but also grateful. Finally, I could put a name to the "demon" that had been haunting me all these years.

I was able to benefit from medication, but I knew that it wasn’t enough. I had learned that behavioral change therapy could help me to overcome some of the challenges, but finding a quality solution proved difficult.

The experience led me to ask a simple question: how can we make it easy for anyone in need of effective, cost-efficient treatment to find and use it regardless of location?

AbleTo was founded to answer that question, and in doing so make people happier, healthier, and more productive."

“Everyone at AbleTo—from our therapists to our outreach specialists and senior team—share a common purpose: to make reliable, quality behavior change therapy available to the right people at just the right time.”
