Despite my paying for the phone insurance, @verizon would not replace my broken phone. They cited an unrelated broken screen. The store manager at the Cherry Creek store (have his contact for you @VZWSupport) acknowledged it didn’t effect my phone’s functioning.

@VZWSupport Again I’ve had this conversation with you guys 1 million times whether it be phone service or my bill is magically higher and it’s always the same outcome where somebody tries to talk me into switching my plan and nothing actually gets fixed.

@jtnarcis @Jles9 @verizon If you're locked into service, for example not convenient to change right now, and need a new phone anyhow, there are some really good deals on unlocked phones through electronics retailers. That way you're not held hostage by current carrier and can adjust at your convenience.

@DaleRatte @JohnLegere @Xfinity @verizon Also, they do not accept factory unlocked Android devices but I found a workaround for that. Flashed the XM rom on our devices and everything works as it should. I also don't like being throttled down to 1.5 Mbps after 20GB.

I’ve been a @verizon wireless customer since my first cell phone in 2004. It’ll feel good to finally get out from under the boot. Don’t know why I’ve suffered all of the abuses i have for so long.

@VZWSupport That is not the issue I need fixed. Before any physical damage accorded, the thing that vibrates broke. I can no longer set vibrations past a single (loud) burst. This is like my transmission breaking and @Allstate or @StateFarm refusing to cover it, citing a broke windshield.

.@VerizonSupport your new process of forcing people to use Tech Coach is awful and not thoroughly tested. Your phone options force people to use it and yesterday I got around that. Was told someone would call me today instead I got a link to chat with someone who can’t call me.🤬

@VZWSupport @Allstate @StateFarm I don’t *think* that’s how insurance and extended warranties work. I also *know* that’s not how it was explained to me when I started paying in to it each month. Would love to see an easy resolution, with no additional money from my pocket to your vaults.

@VerizonSupport Verizon unless you can fix the tower near my house via PM you are no help. I’ve already spent over 2 hours with Verizon support. Any carrier that can’t fix a tower in 3 days or reroute customers is too unreliable. We didn’t have a hurricane or major storm. This is inexcusable.

@LanceUlanoff @Verizon Not to mention you said you weren't sure ookla's speedtest app could measure up to 500 mbps or beyond. Have you never tested fiber anywhere? And the entire article you somehow fail to mention @TMobile 5G Ultra capacity, where I've personally seen >1,000 mbps on download...
